How does it work?
- Find your favourite fabric below.

- Complete checkout.
- I'll then make your one-of-a-kind Hot & Boring bag by hand.
What is Production Time
Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for your bag to be made and dispatched. As every bag is handmade by one person (hello 👋), production times can vary depending on demand.
If you need your bag by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order. I'll always do my best to help, but I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if the requested timescale isn't realistically achievable.
Where do you Ship to?
At the moment, Hot & Boring ships to UK addresses only.
Please make sure you have entered a UK shipping address when placing your order. You may wish to use a forwarding service. If an order is placed with an international shipping address, I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund the order.
Your bag will be carefully packaged and sent using a tracked delivery service, and you'll receive tracking information once it's on its way.
What if the fabric I like is sold out?
To avoid mistakes and ensure every order gets the fabric they've chosen, I currently release each fabric with availability for one bag only.
Once a fabric has been purchased, it will automatically show as sold out while I make the order.
After I've finished making the bag, I'll check how much fabric remains. If there's enough left to make another bag, I'll relist the fabric with any available bag styles.
So if your favourite fabric sells out, it's always worth checking back - sometimes they make a surprise return.
What if I change my mind?
Because every Hot & Boring bag is handmade to order and created specifically for you, I can't accept cancellations once work on your bag has begun.
Under UK consumer law, made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
If you've placed an order and need to discuss something before I've started making your bag, please get in touch as soon as possible and I'll always do my best to help.
