Processing time

All Hot & Boring items are made and packed with care.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
If your item is made to order or part of a custom request, processing times may be slightly longer — I’ll always let you know if that’s the case.

UK shipping

I currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and time of year.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently offered as standard.
If you’re based outside the UK and interested in placing an order, feel free to email me at hotandboring@gmail.com and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While I do my best to dispatch orders on time, delays can occasionally happen due to postal services or circumstances outside my control.
Hot & Boring is not responsible for delays once an item has been handed over to the courier.
